Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and daily upkeep of the company's medical equipment, as well as timely troubleshooting.

2. Able to independently complete standardized operating procedures for the company's equipment at all levels of the customer; responsible for daily training during equipment installation and usage, and explaining operational issues.

3. Assist the company's marketing and sales personnel in visiting customers and necessary departments, coordinating (such as installation orders, training sign-offs), etc.

4. Timely feedback and resolution of customer inquiries, and conduct systematic statistics and rational suggestions.

5. Regularly inspect equipment in the responsible area and visit customers operating the equipment for communication.

6. Comply with company rules and regulations, develop reasonable work plans, and summarize work periodically.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Aged 25-40, with a college diploma or above, in clinical medicine, nursing, medical technology, biomedical engineering, or related fields.

2. More than 1 year of clinical after-sales, installation, and training service experience in the medical equipment industry.

3. Possess good communication skills, a strong customer service awareness, and coordination ability.

4. Have relevant theoretical knowledge in clinical medicine, good learning and hands-on abilities, a proactive work attitude, and team spirit, with strong initiative.

Note: Willing to travel.
