Job Responsibilities:
1. Break down the company's sales targets in the responsible area and formulate a sales plan.
2. Expand the dealer network according to the company's established sales strategy, manage dealers in various provinces and cities, and achieve sales targets.
3. Responsible for market development and management in the region, maintain all hospital clients in the responsible area, and form a regional sales team as needed for business development.
4. Supervise relevant business for dealers, formulate and implement training on product knowledge and sales strategies for dealers.
5. Maintain customer relationships in the responsible area.
6. Responsible for brand promotion and maintenance in the region.
7. Collect regional market information, analyze competing brands, understand market trends, and provide information support for company decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with a preference for related majors such as medicine, pharmacy, and marketing.
2. More than 8 years of experience in medical device sales, including more than 3 years of regional sales management experience, with a preference for those with experience in oncology devices and pharmaceuticals.
3. Good channel expansion ability and channel management experience, with experience in investment attraction and bidding.
4. Familiar with hospital workflows, with good channel resources preferred.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills, strong teamwork ability.
6. Job requires travel.
