Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the formulation and revision of company rules and regulations, manage administrative assets, and complete the company's administrative management work.

2. Formulate the company's human resources planning based on the company's development strategy and submit it to superiors, providing suggestions and information support for major personnel decisions.

3. Develop employee recruitment plans based on the needs of various departments and job requirements, organize interviews and second interviews, and select new employees based on merit.

4. Organize the formulation of training plans for various positions in the company and implement them specifically, timely evaluate the training effectiveness, aiming to improve employee quality and enhance the company's development momentum.

5. Responsible for organizing employee compensation and benefits management, handling various social insurance for employees as per regulations.

6. Responsible for employee relationship management, including employee communication and the construction and maintenance of company communication channels.

7. Organize and implement management work related to employee attendance, assessment, promotion, transfer, rewards and punishments, and dismissal.

8. Properly handle disputes arising from labor and social security and other related issues, collaborating with legal advisors to address labor disputes.

9. Responsible for handling departmental financial affairs, reviewing departmental expenses for superior approval within the budget and financial regulations.

10. Responsible for employee management in the department, including assigning work to subordinate employees, supervising the implementation of their work, and evaluating their performance.

11. Responsible for the implementation of corporate culture construction.

12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in personnel and administrative management. Experience in medical device companies is preferred.

3. Training Experience: Received training in management, human resources, administrative management, public relations, psychology, labor law, etc.

4. Skills: (1) Strong planning and execution ability, organization and logic, and document writing skills; (2) Good affinity, self-control ability, and motivation skills; (3) Good organizational coordination ability, team leadership ability, and ability to solve complex problems; (4) Understanding of modern corporate human resource management models, rich practical experience, and in-depth knowledge of various functional modules of human resource management; (5) Familiar with relevant national policies, laws, and regulations.

5. Work Attitude: Integrity, stability, attention to detail, practicality, dedication, responsibility, and a sense of career.

6. Others: Age between 32-42.
