To evaluate the effect of intraperitoneal perfusion of thermochemical furuncle (IPHC) g~gastrointestinal tract on the immune function of patients with malignant tumors. Methods: 32 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor were treated with intraperitoneal perfusion of hyperthermic chemotherapy and the levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (TLS) and serum interleukin Ⅱ receptor (SIL 2R) were measured, compared with 20 healthy controls.
