2025 Year 7 Month 19 Day to 20 Day, Xi’an Good Doctor Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held “2025 Year Third Hyperthermia Infusion Therapy Application Training Class ”。
This training lasted two days and attracted many agents and medical staff. Through systematic learning, students were able to master GDHIPEC treatment technology, standardize and effectively operate the body cavity hyperthermia infusion treatment equipment, for “ Preventing and treating tumor implantation and metastasis, curbing cancerous effusion in the body cavity ” has injected strong impetus into clinical treatment work.
This training innovatively adopts “ theoretical lectures + practical operation + case analysis ” a diversified learning model to comprehensively improve students' professional quality and practical ability.
In the theoretical lecture session, Professor Zhu, who has been deeply engaged in the field of post-operative metastasis control and malignant effusion treatment for more than ten years and has rich clinical experience, was invited to give a lecture.
Professor Zhu started from the treatment principle and explained in detail GDHIPEC the core mechanism of the technology:
“ During treatment, using catheters placed directly during surgery, body cavity drainage catheters left after surgery, or catheters placed using percutaneous puncture technology, the infusion solution is automatically heated by the treatment machine and injected into the body cavity. Under the dynamic detection and feedback adjustment of the computer, the infusion solution maintains 42.5℃ treatment temperature and continuous constant temperature circulation 60 minutes. During this period, heat-sensitive chemotherapeutic drugs can be added to achieve the synergistic effect of chemotherapy and heat therapy, effectively killing free cancer cells or small implantation and metastasis foci.
This technology, used in conjunction with surgery, can treat or prevent tumor implantation and metastasis, and can also effectively curb cancerous effusion when used alone, thereby improving patients' quality of life and survival time. ”
Percutaneous minimally invasive circulation HIPEC Dr. Li, the originator of the technology, said in his lecture: “ In intraperitoneal hyperthermia perfusion, the temperature, heat, and thermal value in the abdominal cavity are key parameters that determine the therapeutic effect, and play a crucial role in the killing power of cancer cells and the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs. ”
He detailed the research results of Good Doctor's animal clinical experiments:
2010 Year, the Good Doctor research team conducted animal experiments on intraperitoneal hyperthermia perfusion temperature parameters to explore the effects of constant temperature circulation hyperthermia chemotherapy at different temperatures on the vital signs and various organs in the body cavity of experimental animals, in order to find the optimal treatment temperature and effective temperature control methods. By treating experimental animals with different temperature gradients of hyperthermia perfusion and monitoring the survival of tumor cells and the tolerance of normal tissues, finally determined 42.5℃ as the optimal treatment temperature that can effectively kill cancer cells while maximizing the protection of normal tissues.
2012 Year, the research team further conducted animal experiments on the catheterization methods and thicknesses during perfusion, comparing the uniformity of fluid distribution, flow stability, and degree of tissue damage during perfusion with different catheter placement locations, numbers, and diameters. The experimental results provided important evidence for the clinical selection of appropriate catheterization schemes, ensuring that the perfusion solution is evenly distributed in the body cavity to fully exert its therapeutic effect while reducing trauma to the patient.
In the clinical application knowledge learning, experienced clinical instructors explained and analyzed the nursing knowledge and cases of body cavity hyperthermia perfusion treatment. Teacher Zhang cited several representative clinical cases, covering different types of tumor diseases and various problems encountered during treatment. Through in-depth analysis, students not only learned about the advantages and effects of body cavity hyperthermia perfusion treatment technology in actual clinical applications, but also learned how to formulate personalized treatment plans according to patients' specific conditions, and how to deal with various emergencies during treatment.
In addition to theoretical learning, Teacher Ma meticulously explained clinical standardized operations in practical instruction, thoroughly analyzing each link from equipment startup and pipeline connection to clinical treatment. He used his rich practical experience combined with real cases to help students form a three-dimensional understanding.
During practical operation training, professional engineers provided one-on-one guidance, correcting problems in real time to ensure that students mastered the skills proficiently. Students practiced repeatedly, consolidating their theoretical knowledge and developing standardized operating habits.
This training uses “ explanation — demonstration — practical operation — error correction ” closed-loop mode to improve students' clinical operation capabilities, laying a solid foundation for them to independently carry out body cavity hyperthermia perfusion treatment, and helping to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.
This training is of great significance in promoting the standardized use of body cavity hyperthermia perfusion equipment. On the one hand, it improves the medical staff's proficiency in operating the equipment, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment in medical institutions, allowing the equipment to truly exert its therapeutic effect, and improving the safety and effectiveness of treatment; on the other hand, it allows medical staff to GDHIPEC form a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the treatment technology, from the technical principles to the actual operation, and to various details in clinical applications, helping them to better serve patients in their future work and further improve the overall level of tumor treatment.
The training concluded successfully, and the students all expressed that they had gained a lot. They will apply the knowledge and skills learned in the training to their respective work posts, allowing the body cavity hyperthermia perfusion technology to play a greater role in clinical practice. Xi’an Good Doctor Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to be committed to promoting the popularization and development of body cavity hyperthermia perfusion technology, and contribute more to improving China's tumor treatment level.
